Quickstart guide - Create Your AI Agent in 4 Steps

This guide will walk you through creating, training, and deploying a powerful AI agent tailored to your needs. The whole process is designed to be fast and cost-efficient.

Let's begin!

Step 1: Identity Your Agent

Firstly, you need to tell Loomix what your agent is all about. You'll see a form with a few key fields. Be as clear and specific as you can, this is the most important step for getting a great result.

  • Agent Personality: Give your agent a memorable name, as well as a biographic and communication style. In one or two sentences, describe its primary mission.

  • Contact of your project: Tell Loomix some information to support your community.

Step 2: Training Your Agent

To ensure your AI Agent provides accurate and relevant responses, Loomix offers three flexible training methods:

  • From URL Paste up to 3 URLs (e.g., your documentation site, Notion pages, whitepapers, documents). Loomix will crawl and understand the content to enrich your agent's knowledge base.

  • From Files Upload up to 5 documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT – each up to 2MB). Ideal for whitepapers, internal manuals, pitch decks, and more.

  • From FAQ (Custom Knowledge Snippets) Use this option to add highly specific or time-sensitive knowledge that doesn't live in your official documentation.

    • Perfect for temporary information like ongoing campaigns, promotions, or seasonal updates.

    • Also useful for surfacing frequently asked questions that are too buried in lengthy docs or not easily inferred from existing materials.

With FAQ training, you stay in full control of what your agent says — and make it easier to adapt quickly to fast-changing needs.

Step 3: Smart Signal

A signal is an event that tells your agent to start working. How will users or systems interact with it? You can add one or more signals depending on your needs.

Select the signal(s) you need and configure the simple settings for each.

This signal serves 2 purposes:

  • Agent notifies users of special events.

  • Agent executes trades based on signals. For example: copy trading, the signal will be a whale who just opened an order

Ex: Whale A opens an order -> Agent Copy Trading created by Loomix will record that event to do 2 things: notify the community and copy that whale’s action.

Step 4: Deployment

You're at the final step! Now that you've defined the signals your AI Agent will track – whether it's whale movement, trending narratives, or protocol-specific updates – it's time to let those signals speak directly to your community.

📲 Telegram: Deploy to Your Channel in Seconds

To protect your privacy and ensure full control, Loomix lets you connect your own Telegram bot instead of using a shared one. Here’s how:

1. Open Telegram and talk to @BotFather (https://t.me/BotFather) – the official bot creation tool.

2. Create a new bot and grab the API token provided.

3. Paste that token into Loomix – and boom, your agent now has a voice in your Telegram channel.

🔐 Only your agent can use this token. It’s safe, private, and under your control.

🐦 Twitter: Coming Soon

By the end of this step, your agent isn’t just smart – it’s social.

It listens. It analyzes. And now, it talks to your community where they already are.

Review your configuration: The summary screen will show your agent's purpose, training data, and signals.

“Start cooking my agent”: That's it! Your agent is now live and will act on the signals you set up.

Congratulations! Your AI agent is now active and ready to get to work. You can monitor its activity and costs from your main dashboard at any time.
